OUR STORY

the wild silence is a project by Victoria Larsson, Eva Tuerbl and Män-tse, founded in Berlin in 2019 in order to support and foster the sense of mindfulness in the surrounding community. We offer a simple approach to achieve and maintain your xx. Whether you xx or simply want to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, the wild silence provides a healing and friendly environment to do so.

 

WHO WE ARE

Victoria

Victoria is a yoga and meditation teacher, as well as a writer and sometime musician. Since 2009 she's based in Berlin
Victoria  grew up in the north of Sweden. She was always asking the big questions. She left Sweden as soon as she could, first for London, then New York and New Orleans. She studied Psychology (BA) and Creative Writing (MFA) at the University. During her studies in New York, she discovered and fell in love with yoga. She completed her first teacher training in 2007 and has been teaching ever since. She began to explore meditation while doing a month of Karma Yoga at an ashram in Colorado. But it wasn't until 2011, when she sat her first 10-day vipassana course, that meditation became a life-trajectory changing force. Quite quickly the practice made her 10% happier and the number keeps rising. And
After years living in big cities Victoria now feels best in nature.

 

WHO WE ARE

Eva

Eva is a yoga teacher, photographer and meditator. After living and practicing in NY for a very long time she has been calling Berlin home since 2014. She took her first vipassana course in 2016 and is trying to constantly improve her meditation skills since, far from perfect but human and flawed. Still hitting the clubs once in a while she more and more enjoys periods of quiet and introspection and sometimes solitude.
